First game I've watched in forever. Looked to me like they responded to Hamilton, he made some stops & then they started to roll in the 3rd. Hopefully a turning point?

Nice win. Colgate's PP was very productive tonight.
I'm not sure if it's mathmatically possible for us to climb to 8th in the ECAC standings -- too lazy today to figure it out --by the end of the season, but if so our last game at Starr would not be the Union game in Feb. We'd be hosting the 9th place team for a best of three series, so the season at Starr would be extended. One can always hope.
Oh, it's mathematically possible; you're only one point off a three-way tie for 8th.
Hey Colgate fans! Random question . . .I was in the front row at the game in Orono last night (nice win, btw) and noticed that #33 goaltender has "Fish are friends not food" on his mask. I just thought that was really bizarre. Does anyone know the significance of this?
Thanks!

Don't know for sure. Sounds like Hamilton is a PETA fan or just against harm to any animals.
Hopefully last nite's win augurs a turaround of sorts and we can go into the Capital District with some MO.
If anyone is making the trip to Troy on Saturday, it is the fourth annual Autism Awareness game. The game will be conducted in silence (no band, music, or goal horn) so that kids with Autism can enjoy the game and not have a meltdown. Donations to the Autism Society will be accepted at the game.

It's a quote from the great movie Finding Nemo... delivered by a shark named Bruce. Expect young Racine is just having some fun with his name!

Is it me or do you guys always host your Autism Awareness game against Colgate? And is this due to our scoring 8 goals against you guys in the 2012 Big Red Freakout?

I think it's more due to the fact that no one wants to come and see Colgate play.
