Realized I was vague on my last post about COA payments in the previous thread. I was referring to a few squeakball schools who, if I remember what the article said correctly, intend to give COA payments to them, but not the rest of their scholarship athletes. I'm guessing Title IX might have something to say about that.

AD goes from the Q to UNE?? That's a few steps down, isn't it?

He retired from Quinnipiac. Heard a lot of speculation UNE hired him looking to elevate their athletic department above D-3.

Anybody who has had to go through life with that name deserves a break... Still, I've seen that team play a time or two, and there's a lot of work to be done there.

My wife and I are going to the Ice Breaker and looking forward to the games along with the trip. The only photos of the arena that I can find seem to be concerts. I was wondering how the arena is for watching hockey games. Any bad seats in the house? Or any other information that would be helpful?

I would say thatthe only bad seats are down low near corners... the glass makes it tough to see well , unless the action is right in front of you.
as with any venue, i try to be about 20-30 rows up on a blue line, so I can see the pley develop and so I can help out with half of the offsides calls.

Thank you and luckily my wife bought them in the blue line area around 20 rows up.

Season ticket application arrived this morning. $340.00 for 17 home games and Hockey East quarterfinal tickets if Maine hosts. Portland game on Tuesday December 29 not included.

Does it include tickets to the Icebreaker?

Does not. Gotta buy those separate.

Does anyone know if Jack Musil will be back for Maine?
