Hoping Moores' game goes to OT. With 1:55 left he already has 1g but also has 8 SOG. How often do you have a chance at double-digits in SOG's.
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

It is in overtime as you know. MM seems to step up his game against his old team. He twice had 6 SOGs vs. Sioux City.

On Wednesday, the Fargo Force defeated the Sioux City Musketeers 4-3 in overtime. Meirs Moore scored an unassisted goal against his old team and had a roughing penalty. 8 SOGs http://ushl2011.stats.pointstreak.co...gameid=2235546

Moore's Fargo line is now 27-3-1-4-26.
          His total is 38-3-1-4-30.

Edit: Interesting that the #2 and #3 Stars were awarded early. They were awaiting the GWG to see who got #1. Strange, but makes more sense than some which we have seen.

That happens every now and then. I suspect that someone didn't press the key that makes it official. Then again there are no stars listed yet.

That was Monday's game. Look closely. SAC belongs to two leagues, the CISAA and the MPHL. The leagues' playoffs are interlocking. Rather weird! See SAC's own website http://www.sac.on.ca/athletics/teampage.aspx?TeamID=649. I wonder if there really was a game on Wednesday because it is not on the CISAA website. I had used SAC's website when I put the next game date on my post. An article on that site also doesn't mention any Wednesday game. BTW, here is the MPHL site http://themphl.stats.pointstreak.com...seasonid=12265.

An additional problem is that SAC doesn't post at its own site immediately. It's like several of the women's teams; they post when they feel like it.

One reason that I hope that Cho moves on next season is I don't want to deal with this for a whole year. I suspect, however, that he will stay at SAC.

Edit: BTW, in case anyone cares CISAA stands for Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association. That's worse than ICAC.
MPHL stands for Midwest Prep Hockey League.

That didn't stop Drew Melanson from being delayed. Of course, it also begs the question of if we're judging Moore on stats sheet alone. There's much more to see in one's game, as was clearly evident with guys like Mark Miller and Jake Wood.

Moore is supposed to be an offensive defenseman. I certainly agree that the stat sheet doesn't say it all. I agree about Miller and add Kasdorf.

Another mystery is Manley. He's a small defenseman who doesn't appear to have much offense and yet he has one of the best +/-s on his team http://nahl.stats.pointstreak.com/te...seasonid=11164. I trust SA on this. He doesn't appear to make many errors.

Not to mention, Manley gave RPI the green light three years ago.
