It was an important goal. ;) BTW, it looks like the U17's goalies aren't too good (Wisconsin and Princeton recruits).

I really shouldn't have posted that, but it just seemed that way following the game. Dillon didn't do well either his first few games this year.

A tweet by SA today states that he drove home from recruiting last night. He was out somewhere within driving range -- Ontario, a NE prep school, ... ?

The Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL have traded for the rights to Alec Dillon......http://www.oilkings.ca/article/oil-kings-deal-shmoorkoff-to-broncos/153848

Thanks for digging that up. The fact that there is a conditional pick involved indicates they aren't sure they can get him. I hope that SA knows about this and is saying all the correct things. :) Dillon's recent performance has certainly been impressive and it makes sense that the WHL is interested.

Dillon has posted two tweets from Edmonton and one from someone else about this on 11/28 https://twitter.com/adilly96.

Have you considered becoming a Cornell fan? :D BTW, they got a committal from Tyler Tschantz (Indiana Ice), a 6'5" forward, today. https://twitter.com/canuckscout/status/406827508211130368

A.k.a. Fat Tschantz? ;)

I am a Cornell fan-just about every time they take the ice against an OOC opponent.:) You do have to admit that they reel in the big ones.

I certainly rooted for them against BU yesterday, but they disappointed as often seems to happen in OOC games. Schafer does continue to look for players that play his system, and he is obstinate in not changing. I keep hoping that the league will pass him by, but it never happens. :( I think the difffernce is in league games he has the refs in his pockets -- in OOC games he doesn't.

But I am getting off topic. :) Two games today, Vernon (Wilson) and Cedar Rapids (Fornaris).
