      Any Pioneers fan who isn't optimistic about this season, should go open a Tigers season ticket account and call it good. It's not that far of a drive; and CDOT does a pretty good job with Monument Hill usually, even in storms. The DU hockey program is alive and well. I seriously believe we will be better than before
      I want to be a fan of the best team in college hockey - so that explains why I am a DENVER fan!

        Will Butcher will wear #24 for Team Blue and Q #14 for Team White. Each team will play Sweden and Finland Sunday and Monday (All games on Fast Hockey for a fee). Cuts come after these games and then a merged team will play Sweden, Finland and finally Canada.

        Quentin Shore, Will Butcher along with Coach David Lassonde are off to the WJC Evaluation Camp.

        From Twitter: the Goal Czar is off to Austria to play this season. Didn't say where/which team.

              Found Luke Salazar who is on the roster of HC Innsbruck.(AUT)
              Austria's league is higher ranked than Norway. Last year his 54 points led Frisk Asker in Norway's league.

                  Reports from U20 evaluation Camp.
                  Sunday;
                  Game 1 Team White's Quentin Shore shown as 1st line center and played on PP. lost 4-2
                  Game 2: Team Blue's Will Butcher with an assist. Good play in 2nd period. OT Loss 6-5
                  Lucia said they hadn't practiced special teams. There is a pic of Shore battling for a puck on USA Hockey

                  Monday: Corey Pronman on Twitter doing updates. Chris Peters too.
                  Game 1 Team Blue's Butcher with 2 goals and an assist. lost 4-3 According to Chris Peters looked much better today and may have earned a longer stay in Camp.
                  Game 2 End of 1 Team White leads 3-0. Pronman liked what he saw of Q. centering 3rd line to start. Q with an assist. According to Peters Q one of the standouts in 1st.
                  End of 2 USA 5 Finland o -- Q gets another thumbs up from Pronman
                  Team White wins 5-2.
                  Cuts tomorrow AM.

                    was @ LP today.....the 2nd goal from Butcher was an absolute BOMB! King Henrik would've had a tough shot at that one. I'll reserve my opinion on Q.
                    Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

                            Hello DU fans. I'm pleased to say that I'm moving up to the Denver area this fall and I'm looking forward to attending lots of your games. I may also check out the DU adult hockey leagues... so I'm all around pretty stoked.
