  • ECAC Quarterfinals, 3/16/13

Showing how bad the refs were at last night's Quinnipiac-Cornell game, the hit on Erik Axell which went uncalled last night resulted in a game suspension upon league review.

    Connor Jones scores. 19:40 1st. Quinnipiac 1, Cornell 0.
    . . . still crazy after all these years. . .

        Re: ECAC Quarterfinals, 3/16/13

Captain Braden Birch goes off for cross-checking giving Quinnipiac a PP.

        Penalty killed.

But Quinnipiac scores afterward. Quinnipiac 2, Cornell 1. Iles claims goal tender interference. 7:40 1st.

After review, it's a goal. Cornell has no shots on goal as yet.

        St. Denis goal scorer.

Not a problem-They're playing right into our game plan. So many shots early, they'll be totally exhausted later. 2 goals out of 18 shots? HA!
