A few things to update this thread a bit...

      1) My schedule opened up a bit, so there will be hockey tomorrow!!

      2) I've decided to let everyone here vote on what game they would like to see next. Pick from the list in the previous post. Either PM me, post here, or rep me. Make sure to have your picks in by 9:30am Eastern Time tomorrow. I'll announce what game was chosen at 10:00am Eastern, and we'll have puck drop at 12:05pm Eastern. Hopefully that adds some excitement to this thread.

      3) I've finished putting in the data for the teams that were requested. Here are the results:

      - 1965-1966 Michigan Tech - 156.4212 Points
      - 1969-1970 Minnesota - 68.158 Points
      - 1964-1965 Boston University - 120.8669 Points
      - 1978-1979 Boston University - 81.2378 Points
      - 1979-1980 Boston College - 99.3867 Points
      - 1993-1994 Colorado College - 61.5408 Points
      - 1953-1954 St. Lawrence - 113.4756 Points

      4) If you would like me to do a ranking of a team from the NCAA Era that has not been ranked (i.e. a team not in that list, that missed the NCAA Tournament, and has a good, compelling reason to be ranked), let me know, and I'll do my best to run the data.

Anyway, that's the update for now. Make sure to pick the game you want to see tomorrow!

          SF23 --

Pretty sure you are too busy right now, obviously, and maybe not interested at all, but I would really like to see how the 04 & 05 Women Gophers would do vs the early UMD squads or the dominate UW teams that followed them, and then also, how both your UND team from this year would do, against some of those squads as well. I don't know how fair that team will be judged in time having had to go up against the team who, I think it would be fair to say, would be an easy and overwhelming #1 seed in any size tourney you did for the women. That is unless of course UND pulls off the upset which is a possibility as they have played the Gophers pretty close before. But not sure if you even care about the women's game or not? But I figured I'd at least ask. Figured if you did something, it could be far more limited, maybe a Top 12 of all time, or Top 16 or Top 25(where the 25th team could just be the last team out or something?)

What the heck, I'll throw a vote at #47 vs. #82: perhaps UNH's best team ever (how DOES one really compare to '77 & '79?) versus the University of Vanek, er, Minny that beat UNH's 4th best team of the past 15 years.

That one is going to be difficult to do the "play-by-play" for.

Not only should they have made it, but they should have easily made it. They would have been #65. Obviously, at this point, I'm not going to restructure the whole tournament and replay games. However, as discussed earlier, I may have an NIT type tournament.

So what the hell did the 1965-66 team do that the 1964-65 team didn't to be higher than them even without getting to the NCAAs?
