The USHL/NHL Top Prospects game will be played on Wednesday 1/23 in Muskegon, Michigan. Coverage for the game begins at 7 Eastern with the puck dropping 15 minutes later.

I wrote a little blurp about the game when the rosters came out showing all the players, their stats, team in the USHL, and where they're heading to play college puck. The link to the Rosters/Stats/team/College I wrote can be found here -> http://umdbulldogcountry.blogspot.com/2013/01/ushlnhl-prospect-game-roster.html

The game can be viewed for free on Wednesday at the USHL site. For more information about the event and where it can be seen live, use this link -> http://ushl.com/news.php?action=detail&news_id=1496

Plenty of future college hockey talent from all over the NCAA. Enjoy the game.

Agreed, very nice. There are 3 UNO commits playing in this game and Dan Fremuth, the voice of the Omaha Lancers is doing the game online, from what I heard at the Omaha Lancers/ Lincoln Stars game here in Omaha this past Saturday night.

Really wish I could see an Omaha game! UMD has Kyle Osterberg, so I was hoping to see an Omaha game. Maybe when the venture up to Fargo?

But yes, very excited about this top prospect game. Should be fun and it's a treat to be able to view for free!

And, the game had a distinctly Nebraska flavor since every point scored by the West, who won the game, was tallied by either a UNO commit, a member of the Omaha Lancers, or a member of the Tri-City Storm.
