Undisciplined last couple periods by the Huskies.. but we'll take the 2 pts. #15 looks great for NU, so did Darcy & Saucerman..
we'll need a lot more Saturday. Regardless, its Hockey East.. & nothing's ever easy. Nice try by Merrimack after a flat first period.
First reg season gm, first HE matchup, first 'W' for the season, nice going NU.

The W is a good jump start for Hockey East and the PWR. Thanks Dogs.

You're welcome.

Would you care to tell us about Saturday night for those of us who just can't wait to find out?;)

I thought this was strange. Why not ride the hot hand for a league game? Plenty of opportunities for Rasmus in Alaska.

The Roy kid looked real good for you last night and Northeastern was able to hold on. Thank you northeastern for the live feed, by far the best I ve ever seen. Hopefully Merrimack learns from this and I m excited for the rematch at the beginning of next month

Happy Husky Victory!

I wouldn't exactly call that second goal his A-game. But whatever, I'll take the points.

A lot of us cringed when we saw that second goal. He should block that shot 100% of the time. All he had to do was to stand there and hold the upper post. Fortunately, that was his last error. The Mack goalie had to work much harder to keep things close.

With Merrimack beating Union and NU beating Merrimack...NU currently #1 in PWR :D:p
