Actually, Air Force was only 3-3 out-of-conference this year. After sweeping Bemidji in October, they split with their Colorado rivals in November and dropped games in Connecticut to QU and Yale over the holidays. The 3-3 mark still ties them for best in the league, and marks the second-straight year Air Force has played .500 against the vaunted WCHA (1-1-1 last year)
