Yeah, he had chances at both 2 and 13, but couldn't make the 8-10 footers. I think he needs a couple birdies down the stretch. If he could finish E or +1, that would be a huge swing of momentum heading into tomorrow. If he finishes +3 or worse, he will struggle to make the cut.

Ouch. I'm about an 8 handicap, and I would love to see what I would shoot there. I'd like to think I could break 12 on a par 5 though...poor Sergio.

                  Yep.

                  More like this.
That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.

FWIW, I live in Colorado...although i have played through snow here. In fact, one of my best rounds ever was played around freezing. I shot a 39-33-72. For whatever reason i tend to putt better when i lose feeling in my hands.

                          This isn't the U.S. Open.

I was a 4 handicap back in the day. Major hand injury that resulted in 4 surgeries has me probably around a 12 now. Playing 18 holes is painful on it so I golf very little now. Back when I was healthy if I could break 90 there I’d be happy as heck. That’s not playing the tips though

I’d shoot the prettiest 125 the world has ever seen. I guarantee I’d dunk a few in the ponds.

That's the interesting thing about August National. There is no course rating. I've seen estimates that it is about 78-80...which means a 10 handicap would average low-mid 90s. A 4 handicap should average mid-high 80s.
