They did in fact.
I was just pleasantly surprised that 1) they sang ours at all and enthusiastically at that & 2) they know all of the words.
Not sure how many American crowds could pull that off.
Wasn't it Alberta where our anthem was notoriously booed during the WJCs a number of years ago?

When we play the Canadian school, they were once allowed to lead the crowd- which was really special.

I grew up playing most of my hockey in small rinks on the Manitoba side of the border and got used to hearing both. Even with scratchy records and cheap sound systems, I really got to appreciate how nice an anthem they have.
