Who's going to be in net for the Pios tonight?

Jaillet in goal. Over 35,000 expected at Coors Field tonight. This will break the former DU/CC attendance record of 16,000 at McNichols Arena. It will also break the DU home football attendance record set way back against Wyoming.

I haven't been to the forum in forever. I hope this thread title doesn't mean what I think it means?!

It's funny. They kept announcing that the attendance broke the DU record. It made me laugh. I know they played at McNicols for a while, but they were terrible back then, so OF COURSE a well-hyped game played in conjunction with the NHL stadium series at Coors Field broke the school attendance record. LOL

It was a really fun time, though.

                First Star: Danton Heinen (Denver)
                Second Star: Dylan Gambrell (Denver)
                Third Star: Will Butcher (Denver)

Matt Carle must have been invigorated by the Battle on Blake--He scored a goal and got an assist last night. He is now 1-1-2 for the year.

D-man Sean Comrie has verbally committed to DU. He is a distant cousin of former Pio great Paul Comrie. He is from Edmonton and is currently playing at the Delta Academy in BC. He is a teammate of DU recruits Brendan Budy and Boston Bilous. Could come in 2018 or 2019.

Thanks Ralph. Beau is so talented and injury prone. I feel bad because he is definitely a top 6 NHL forward. Congrats to his sister!!!!!!
