It depends who you talk to. For the most part it sounds like he did industry standard stuff like say what DC did to the Superman Creators (although they sold the character outright cause no one wanted him DC didnt make them do it or violate the deal) but still others make it sound like it was on par with what Bob Kane did to Bill Finger over Batman.

The industry is fraught with shadyness and ego.

Wink wink get my drift law. AKA "Good Ol' Boy" law.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

In my small town, we had a small public beach at the river. The police chief at the time said he didn't care if the kids were all down there drinking at night, at least he knew where they were.

Then he retired, the 80's began, and they put up a guardrail type fence along the perimeter, and a locking gate, which they closed at night.

We didn't throw bowling balls, but we used to try to hit street signs with empty beer bottles.

We just used paintball guns, back when paintball was a "new" thing. Yeah, that would NOT be smart now.

Mailbox Baseball (bats) was a thing, also, break the basketball rim by hanging onto it.

At least 50 beers, at least 50 mph, at least 50 throws, at most 50 hours.

It was a game we played through the 5 boroughs around Christmas from about '78 through '83.

You had to bend/break the sign but not do any other damage. We found 70 mph was the minimum to win unless you had an incredible arm.

If you throw a bowling ball you are a moron.

Popped in Deadpool again tonight. Still friggin' awesome. That is a movie that pretty much has unlimited playback satisfaction.

This is a real guilty pleasure, cause it's not a great movie by any means, but I just have to watch it whenever it comes on. Just love it.

It's called Undrafted, and plays pretty regularly on cable. This promising college baseball player gets the news that he wasn't taken in the draft, on the day where his summer league team has a playoff game to continue on in their league's tournament. Low budget, obviously shot as cheaply as they could do it, but it's just fun. Written and directed by Joe Mazzello(The Pacific), based on his older brother's experience.

What I also find enjoyable about it is the relationship of some of the cast. It stars Aaron Tveit, who had a small role on Gossip Girl for a bit, and Chace Crawford, who was one of the stars of that show, is also in this, and also Executive Produces. Tveit went on to the lead role in USA's series Graceland, also featuring Manny Montana, who's also in this. So it seems like this is also a bunch of Hollywood friends wanting to be in a movie together, a movie about baseball.

The documentary All Governments Lie is on Starz tonight. I've heard it's supposed to be pretty good, so I may have to give it a look.
That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.

                              Kidnapping Mr Heineken

Based on the true story of the biggest ransom (at the time) paid for an individual kidnapping. And apparently "based on" is the truth. Sounds like a few liberties were taken. Either way, it was entertaining enough for a watch.
