Per NHL CBA, San Jose will require him to enroll next year, regardless of events. Otherwise they lose their rights in him.
          The Souza record:
          15-16 10th place
          16-17 10th place
          17-18 11th place
          18-19 8th place
          19-20 9th place
          20-21 10th place
          21-22 9th place
          22-23 10th place

Oops, logjam assured; could be an interesting competition next season.

00 F Joel Farabee decommits from UNH after summer coaching changes. Playmaking talent from NY is back at Selects, will draw lot of interest.

Disappointing, but not going to lose any sleep over a 15 year old kid who's still at least 3-4 years away ...

I don't disagree, but I also think that it can't be a good thing to have someone decommit in order to look at other NCAA options (versus deciding to go MJ). Certainly not a huge deal, but similar to Maine and Wahlstrom, it would seem there is an element of "I can do better" in the thought process of the recruit. If the head coach changes over, then that is another story.

                  Just my two cents.

Blackburn? He's still in the loop, yes?

I'm not sure I understand why UNH left Blackburn in Kelowna for another season. FWI, his RW, Jason Cotton could have spent another year in B.C., but came to Northeastern this fall. I had the feeling that Blackburn's game was at least as polished, if not more than Cotton's
