Sorry I have not been keeping up. A lot of issues going on. The first being that I have to find a way to convince my mom that she needs assisted living, or at least senior housing. After the Thanksgiving weekend, I have been wrapping my head around what to do. Do I find a place in Racine/Milwaukee, or move my parents to Minnesota? Second, my mom goes in for a biopsy tomorrow (if she doesn't cancel for the 3rd time) to see if a mast is cancerous or a calcium build up. Third, mom my called me to say my dad is in the hospital. He has diverticulosis and has been in and out of the hospital for the past 11 years. Last hospital stint was in 2011. At the moment, it is precautionary. No updates yet. With my dad in the hospital, my mom has to figure out a way to get to her appointment. I told her I can leave today, take tomorrow off, take her to her appointment and drive back home. It is only 360 miles one way. [/rant]
Been in that place. Not a good one. Hope things work out.
Both ch's are voiceless uvular fricatives, a popular example is Johann Sebastian Bach.
Knowing that, it is Chahg Sahmayahch.
So, "cog sah-my-ahk"?
Yes, it's difficult via text, I know.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 198 - A New Season Begins...
Looks like we might get through the day with no major aftershocks, hopefully. Schools are going to be closed all week though as they inspect the buildings. Hopefully tomorrow won’t be too bad with the overnight snow we’re supposed to get.
But let's be real...There are 40 some other teams and only two alaskan teams...the day one of us wins something big will be the day I transfer to UAA

It IS difficult. It is especially hard to explain the ch's. They are closer to h's than c's or k's. It's that gravely clearing your throat sound.
Other than those, the only change in your pronunciation is the second syllable in the second word. It is "may" like the month, so I probably should have put "mey".

Evening, Lodge. Get to go in early for my review tomorrow. The review itself is usually quick, nothing really changes with my performance/position. Then it will delve into current issues going on at my building, where I'm sure to raise some concerns that have come around as of late.
