              Really hasn't been as wet as I anticipated here near Tampa. Rained a bit yesterday, mainly early. A little rain today. Nothing more than a breeze.

                            Ellicott City got something like 12" of rain in an hour. The result:

                              Hopefully if downtown Ellicott City rebuilds from this 1000-day flood, they will do something to have other outlets for floodwater besides for their main street.

                                It's in a valley where a bunch of streams meet to flow into the Patapsco River. I'd do what they've done to several Mississippi River towns - relocate the town to higher ground.
