        Anyone but Mike Hastings works for me.

        Unfortunately, he has yet to crack the NCAA postseason win column yet, the only knock on what Mike has done in Mankato.

          If Don doesn't want to hang it up than why does he sound like he's done with coaching? Why not go take another job somewhere? Or does he just want to cash the 6 figure paycheck he'll get from the U next year and then act like he got an itch and seek a job opening next offseason?

              If Don wanted to hang it up, why did he text Frank Serratore: "I have accepted the terms of surrender"? Who submitted the terms for him to accept? How is it surrendering if it is on your terms?

                  I agree, Don left on own terms as no way Coyle wanted to fire him, just was looking for a game plan to make a change so terms of surrender meant Lucia sticks around for duration of contract gets full severance payout to retirement and help choose his replacement. He wasn't planing to stay beyond one more year regardless.

                              Ok, but that is still your boss dictating terms to you. Only in your example, early parole is a good thing. Getting off work early is also a good thing. Surrendering in battle is bad. Getting fired/laid off is also bad, in most people's situations. But it's good to disagree without resorting to name calling. Good on you.
