    Don't need Kep in Congress for this mookie. Last two times Dems had the ability to do so they raised taxes on the wealthy. Just sayin'.

        I can see that happening frankly. Seems pretty uniform from Sanders to Manchin and everybody in between that the rich aren't paying enough taxes. I could easily see back up to 40% (a reversal of the recent tax giveaway) and then another tier for the super wealthy. I'd also say Mittens Romney is going to have to start ponying up on his carried interest if Dems take over.

              Heikamp and Manchin are yes's though, so Paul doesn't matter. Pompeo will go through 52-47 or so.
