Erick James '99 played for RPI. He may have won that award every year he was on the team.

Ben Mayo was a young RPI fan who had cancer (brain I think).

Re: RPI 2018 Off-Season: The Hunt for Red October

Our AD thinks a 9-19-6 record reflects a culture of excellence. I think this says a lot about the approach to hockey at RPI these days...

"After serving as interim head coach during the 2017-18 season, Rensselaer announced Tuesday that the school has named Bryan Vines the new head women’s coach.

Vines led the Engineers to 9-19-6 overall mark with a 6-11-3 ECAC Hockey conference record this past season after being named the interim head coach in June 2017.

“In a short period of time as interim head coach, Coach Vines created a culture of excellence,” said RPI director of athletics Dr. Lee McElroy in a statement."

Looks like RPI won’t be the only Team with a massive turnover...... http://www.niagara-gazette.com/sport...dcafae811.html
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

Remember the first time they did this? Hardly any commentary, just about nothing but goal horn. Lots more commentary in these.

A school is allowed to have a VAC besides for a head coach and two assistants. Conceivably ML will have more than the usual duties.

Know little about him but Jenny remembers him as a big tall kid playing for the NJ Rockets about 10 or more years ago. I only remember the name since it was an unusual spelling. Back then we went to as many games as we could find at all levels.
