The real problem is that he's trying to force a requirements methodology on the project team that neither he, nor the client's SMEs, really understand.

Work still sucks. 28 hours so far this week. No end in sight. Thank God I only have to deal with anyone for about an hour or so at the main building. I'd really be going nuts at this point.....

He thinks he knows his sh*, and he doesn't, yet is making demands that satisfy him, not realizing that it probably messes up the whole process.

Back at the office. More like putting the office back together today. Not much is going to get done, and certainly none of it in any thing that resembles a hurry. And that’s on purpose.
