I think I’m going to head there in August. Definitely concentrating on Berlin but might take a few day trips

In an unfair twist, we have to be back before 6/15 otherwise the CEO gets involved because of a hold on international travel. So I get screwed out of an extra weekend. :-/
I wouldn’t mind making this trip once every year or two. It’s not a terribly expensive trip.Last edited by dxmnkd316; 04-28-2018, 02:20 PM.Code:As of 9/21/10: As of 9/13/10: College Hockey 6 College Football 0 BTHC 4 WCHA FC: 1

Re: Travel Part 3: Destination Unknown
Flights booked. Now I have a free weekend starting from Munich on 6/8 and need to be in Frankfurt on Sunday night/Monday morning.
Considering a weekend trip to Oslo. Others on the short list are Lucerne, Prague, trying to be the first American in 150 years from my family to get back to the town we came from. Or just bum around Munich again.Code:As of 9/21/10: As of 9/13/10: College Hockey 6 College Football 0 BTHC 4 WCHA FC: 1

One thing to note, I should clarify that the small town my family heralds from isn’t Prague. Re-reading my OP was confusing.
I haven’t been to Sud Tirol. Might be interesting. I’ll take a look. One of the reasons Norway was so interesting is that it’s one of the few countries in Europe I haven’t made it to yet.Code:As of 9/21/10: As of 9/13/10: College Hockey 6 College Football 0 BTHC 4 WCHA FC: 1
