Agree but could be make that statement about most of the past 5-10 years. It seems that even with a complete turnover of recruited players, we still seem to take more undisciplined penalties than almost any other team

Virtually all penalties are undisciplined. However you don't seem to have that many > 2 minute penalties that are the most undisciplined.
