He's got backup QB talent, that fits a certain offensive scheme, and he's holding out for a starting QB job. (well he was holding out for starting job, have no idea what is going on at this point)

@ByRosenberg: Just to recap today's NFL news
*Colin Kaepernick won't say if he'll kneel next season, so Seahawaks cancel his tryout
*Linebacker Reuben Foster charged with 3 felonies for allegedly punching his girlfriend in the head 8-10 times, and 49ers keep him on the team

    Catholic Dad.

Was 13 when the Seahawks and Mariners came on line: loved the idea of following teams from their birth.

I will likely adopt the Seattle NHL franchise unless the team name is utterly repellent.

Charged. Believe me, I think domestic violence folks have a special place in hell, but he has not been convicted.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

    Which part did he buy?

@nbcwashington: A horse named Gronkowski has been purchased, at least in part, by his namesake. http://nbc4dc.com/GS4dXEc

Kaepernick's style (mobile passer) more fits the CFL style of offense. Think: Warren Moon. (Not Minnesota Vikings Moon; Edmonton Eskimos Moon)

    Why hasn't Kaepernick applied there?

It'd be a double win for the guy:
    - he'd probably be a starter there
    - he wouldn't have to listen to the "Star-Spangled Banner" (and take a knee)
The preceding post may contain trigger words and is not safe-space approved.
