I can also tell you that Wilkes Barre does not draw either. One of the earlier Johnstown games we were at there this season, I think I counted 25 to 30 people at game. They padded the attendance though with the announced # of 150. Rather sad. None of the teams in the East draw other than the Tomahawks. The Rebels moved from Aston to Philly and play at University of Penn's rink and they do worse than if they would have stayed in Aston.

This explains why none of Philadelphia's games appear to have audio on the net.

That's weird, I know I saw a PBP guy there doing the HOCKEYTV broadcast. I know when we went to Aston last year we saw the PBP guy the booth was just to the left of our seats. He didn't call a bad game either.

I said that there is no strictly audio broadcast. I don't want to watch.

With the OHL Cup coming up I saw Michael Cameron is on the Elite Hockey Group roster. Good exposure for a player with all of the NHL scouts there. Big coverage in the press in Ontario obviously. EHG has a pretty good track record with getting talented players on their roster each year to play in this tournament. If I can find a link and post it i will try and do so.

It does get me nervous when any RPI recruit has anything to do with the Canadian junior leagues.

Because I am concerned that he might go there and lost his US college eligibility.

Elite Hockey Group features a number of capable forwards up front including Isaac Novak of Detroit Belle Tire, Dane Dowiak of the Pittsburgh Jr. Penguins, Michael Cameron of the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers and Kyle Smolen of the Chicago Young Americans. http://ohlcup.ca/article/road-to-the...ries-assembled

I will post a summary of the games starting with today's since box scores are posted. I might be late.

Edit: The box score will be here http://ohlcup.ca/gamecentre/687/boxscore.

On Tuesday, the Elite Hockey Group U16 team lost to the Toronto Marlboros U16 team 6-5 in the OHL Cup. Their record is now 0-1. Mike Cameron had no points
    or penalties. http://ohlcup.ca/gamecentre/687/boxscore

Mike Cameron's OHL Cup line is now 1-0-0-0-0.

Not everything has been entered in the box score yet (namely 3rd period face offs and a lot of SOGs). I will fix this in the morning. MC was 0-2 in recorded face offs. I will update as appropriate in the morning.
Edit: SOGs have been entered. MC had 1.
Edit 2: make that 0-3 in face offs at least according to the play-by-play stats.

    Edit 3: article http://ohlcup.ca/article/marlboros-h...-win-in-opener

I am treating the OHL tourney in exhibition games and not including the numbers in Mike Cameron's totals.

On Wednesday, the Elite Hockey Group U16 team lost to the Guelph Gryphons U16 team 5-2 in the OHL Cup. Their record is now 0-2. Mike Cameron had an assist (PPA). 3 SOGs, 4 of 7 in face offs. http://ohlcup.ca/gamecentre/692/boxscore

Mike Cameron's OHL Cup line is now 2-0-1-1-0.

    Game story http://ohlcup.ca/article/power-play-...e-hockey-group

I will probably be late posting their other game.

    Edit: the assist was removed.
