WRPI seems to have managed to solve their technical difficulties.

Unfortunately, the hockey team seems to have no idea how to prevent the other team from scoring an early goal.

Surely wasn't a good start, but RPI seemed to be generating a lot of good opportunities in the latter part of the first period.

If they keep that up for the rest of the game, I like their chances.

according to Tom's interview, the takeaway on Payne and York:

Payne - felt he deserved more playing time, and coach wasn't aligned; so he moved on
York - concerned w/ the time commitment to be a player in a D1 program, so moved on. I think some reading between the lines here is justified...
