All I did was get some boneless beef ribs, put them in the crock pot, add some water, and cook on low for 11 hours. Nothing else. I don't get elaborate at all.

I had a follow-up appointment with my orthopedic surgeon's office yesterday, and met with the PA who assisted on my shoulder surgery. It'd been four weeks since surgery, and I was granted leave to stop wearing my sling. So I spent all day yesterday without my sling, and now my shoulder hurts like a mofo. Muscle atrophy is nothing to scoff at. The good news is that he said my range of motion is above average for having spent four weeks in a sling, and I start physical therapy on Monday. Sweet Monday, it can't come soon enough.
