Is the IAD Silver Line open yet or will they need to bus to Wiehle? That's a long way.

Wiehle. Not that far. But the bus to downtown DC may be faster than Metro.

At least 25 mins. That route is my commute, almost exactly.

The storm surge and flooding pictures from coastal communities including downtown Boston are kinda frightening. Mostly because all that water is going to freeze overnight.

I used to use Weather Underground until the Weather Channel spray farted all over it.

Foot of snow, temps falling to single digits for highs Sun with wind chills around -25.

Make that Sat. Sun is supposed to be a balmy 14.

When air temps are -10, no need to sweat a wind chill

Yup. It's gonna freeze and Ciaran Rockhead from Mahhhhhhhhhhhhshfield is gonna try to chip the ice off his pipes with a clawhammer and punch a hole right through the piece of sh-t siding his piece of sh-t house is made of and he and his five bruthus and dirty haw sisters and alcoholic pa are gonna freeze to death because when they get cold they'll drink to feel warmer. Maw will be fine -- she's too fat to be affected.

The eastern Shore of Mass is Puerto Rico for ugly people.

There is no eastern shore of mass

There is a north shore, a south shore, and the cape. No similarities entwined

Then there is the arse shore underneath which is closest to Puerto Rico

I want a collective noun for both the north shore and the south shore. The north shore doesn't get enough credit -- those people are just as awful as the southies.

There are strange people everywhere. It is important to realize that those people that you and/or I regard as strange probably look at us the same way.

Middle son and sister went to school on the North Shore (Salem St. and Endicott). They're different than us folks.

But they know how to plow roads.
