    So the armed sheriff at the school did nothing. Never entered the school after he heard gunfire.

                From what I've read cops are trained to enter immediately and not wait. He would have had a much better chance against the shooter than the people who were inside.

The reason I ask is that if you wrote all that you want into one bill, as in an all or nothing, I fear nothing changes. What would you HAVE to have, and what you would be willing to delay for a little while, and concede? If you'd like, list all reasons why you are for the "musts" and why you could leave out the "not musts."
