This team can play, just need to string it together. Definitely does not have the feeling of hopelessness the editions from the last 2-3 years provided...

Correct-you have to bury those when you get them as you might see a few in an entire season. We just seem to be dropping pucks back as a pass more than usual tonight. We did not have a bad period but the end result is not good on the score sheet. Heading out shortly but keeping my fingers crossed can get back to at least see some of the third period

There is much more potential out there. We are able to score more than many thought. Defense has been the big let down so far.

We did shoot first a few times, and found some success. Perhaps they're used to that, covering it, and feeling like we have to mix it up? Just have to make sure we aren't making too many moves.

RPI is starting to get into the mindset of shoot first, and if it isn't there, look for the pass, instead of the other way around. It's actually very refreshing to see. Guys like Liljegren are now given the chance to thrive, and it's showing. Also of not is the use of the timeout. At this point in games past RPI would have already used their timeout instead of saving it for a better opportunity. Once they put it all together, this team will be good.

No coverage whatsoever, and this is even more embarrassing.

Everyone (and team) goes through growing pains. Yes, RPI is going to have their nights where they stink, but for the most part, they have been competitive. Also, put it this way, even when Princeton was bad, they still would beat RPI. P'ton is good this year, so at least there's that.
