Getting details on the One Chip Challenge. Sounds like it'll be on the 26th. They're trying to get it on the stage at Ansari's (local restaurant) and maybe turning into a charity thing, getting the spectators to donate funds to a TBA charity. Apparently quite a few folks want to come out and see this happen.

Yes, it originally was the beer group I was in, but the people involved are more than fine with me continuing to participate, which means that whole group fiasco was basic group politics. I didn't know the right people, or somehow rubbed the wrong people the wrong way. Yeah.

Oh, there were about 60 people axed on Friday night (lurkers and such). I know a couple people were REALLY mad I was axed. The commenting was turned off on whatever big post happened on Sat morn. Bartender at Ansari's asked what happened with "this Brent whoever," and I said that was me. I know nothing about what was said, except for one comment, at which I laughed hysterically:

The Decepticons captured him and Bumblebee.

Sounds like 90/10 split, min $5 donation. Winner gets 10% of pot, other 90% goes for Toys For Tots. If you're a Twin Cities local, come on out and support the cause. These details are not FINAL final, but sounds like it's right there. Ansari's in Eagan, 5pm, Nov 26. Watch a few people torture themselves.
