There is, of course, the possibility that Brad Schlossman mixed up RPI and RIT.

On second reading "after next Christmas" means the middle of next season.
OK I'll bite... how the heck does that work in terms of "redshirt year"? Does he actually get one, or not because it's in the middle of the year?

Schlossman said that he will be able to play 1 1/2 years at RPI. Since he entered UND in 2015-6, that would graduate in 2020 from RPI, it sounds like he does.

Maybe he'll make the hit at Clarkson. Definitely not Union, though... if they're hosed from a girl throwing T-shirts from an ice resurfacer, I'm not sure they'll have any panes of glass on standby...

With all the possible 2018 recruits, it starting to look like this years Buffalo Bills. Get rid of all the guys connected to the previous coach and GM and bring in your guys. I don't wanna try to take a guess who may or may not be here in terms of current roster players come next year.

Given how the forwards have either been "hamstrung", glass, or signed early, this wouldn't surprise me one bit. We're now up to 22 forwards.

I won't want to guess either. I do have ideas, but I wouldn't want to post them. It wouldn't surprise me if we if we have a larger roster than this year but not 22 forwards.

Given the forwards we have now, only a handful have been productive. So it wouldn't surprise me if Smith was looking to bring in his own guys.

Here are the current Forwards that would be here next season that were SA guys; Tironese, Hayhurst, Resigner, Wiffen, Marrello, Jespar, Emil, Burgess. I could see Marrello & Resigner not being asked back. Possibly Wiffen. Outside chance of Jespar but would you risk Emil leaving if that occurred?
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

A lot of changes in the wind ..... some may happen as early the coming semester.

I would be happier if the recruits seemed significantly better. A few are quite good, but some others appear worse than anything which we have.

Also, I really don't like recruiting a lot of 20- or 21-year-old players. As I have said on occasion in the past, no player should enter RPI who is older than I was when I graduated. We will have five of those in the class entering in the Fall, not counting Gornall.

Are these all changes from the coach, or are some players leaving on their own accord?

An article from this morning's Times Union on the tax revenues generated by Schenectady's casino and the impact on Schenectady and local counties in the Capital District:

                                http://www.timesunion.com/local/arti...t-12433834.php

While certainly not the final word on the venture, initial revenues are certainly below expectations.
