I was at Princeton last night and was amazed The Saints made a game of it....they are outshot and outclassed in every aspect in the 1st period...but they brute forced themselves back into the game and lost by a pinball shot off a Princeton skate in font of the net in OT. Their captain, Joe Sullivan is somewhat of a thug for a center...loves contact! Also, in re watching the Quinnipiac game this morning, fast, skipping through it on ESPN3, I saw a good hockey team playing with good energy. I hear Clarkson got bit with the flu bug and notice Rand was blowing his nose....clicking through PairWise, I see Quinnipiac losses to Cornell and other foes are mainly 1 goal games, outside of >2 goal games and empty netters which do not count to me....OK, here is my optimistic prognostic: this team could pull "a Providence" if they do not get the flu and stay healthy....SLU tonight is must win...Yale is scarey at home....Clarkson home last game could be tough, but they could win the remaining games....and get in to ECAC, and they could be dangerous there...as long as they get and stay healthy.......ay!

Four huge points! Nice weekend overall. Tonight wasn't as solid as last night but they still played well and didn't play down to SLU. It looked like they were having some fun too which is something I haven't seen in a while. Overall, it has to be a big confidence booster.
