Re: Yale Hockey 2017-2018 Season Thread
I watched it. Kacz looked solid, albeit not against the greatest offensive team. He moved well and generally played angles effectively. He was screened on the first goal (where was the D moving bodies out of the way?). The second goal did go off his chest and in from the side. Mostly, he look calm and collected--like he was in control. I would like to see him get more starts.Boolaboola

Re: Yale Hockey 2017-2018 Season Thread
Yale finally gets some puck luck to steal a game in which neither team played very well. Still way too many penalties, causing the the team to spend too much time getting tired working the kill. Tucker made some key saves and the first goal by Snively was a nice snipe. The second went in off of an SHU stick while a penalty was called on SHU, not sure if the play should have been blown dead, but will take the win.YALE HOCKEY

Re: Yale Hockey 2017-2018 Season Thread
For those who might be heading up to the tourney at Dartmouth, the Element Hanover Lebanon hotel is a decent deal about 2 miles from the rink and town. Doing a quick trip up Friday morning and watching both 4pm games and shooting home on Saturday night. A quick and easy trip for two games and you still get to celebrate New Years at home.YALE HOCKEY
