      Also, the Cubs might have just run themselves out of another couple runs. Let's hope that doesn't come back to bite them.

            Darvish just misses hitting a DBack square in the mush (unintentional). The ball hit the BRIM of the helmet. It was that close. Whew.
            Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

              ARI snowballed a helluva a catch! Almost. That close. Fired home to stop LAD from adding to the lead. Insane and beautiful play all-around. ARI has one more shot.....
              Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

                Executives at FOX and MLB have to be absolutely peeing themselves over even the possibility of a Chi/LA NLCS and NY/Hous ALCS. Four largest U.S. cities by population. I suspect, however, that Cleveland (and maybe even Washington) will have something to say about that.
                That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.

                    I had no idea Houston was number 4. I am trapped forever in 70s.
