Not sure if anyone heard, but Niagara let go of a ton of its players from the past year (A few left before the semester began ---> http://www.niagara-gazette.com/sport...dcafae811.html)

It's almost inevitable with the recent NU transfers in the past five years (Hare, Ignagni, Campbell, Molinaro) that one of these players will end up in Green & Gold.

Someone who covers NU hockey told me that Derek Brown is the favorite, from some inside convos. Brown put up marginally better numbers than Molinaro did, both at NU and in the NAHL. (Brown's final year in the NAHL he was one of the top scorers in the entire league, so must be a big playmaker ---> http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=206317)

Another name on the Laker recruit list. Travis Broughman of the Carleton Place Canadians. 31 goals this past season. Lord know's Oswego needs scoring help.

Also, has anyone else heard that Buffalo State's leading scorer Anthony Passero is heading to Oz next season?

Nothing on Passero, he was their leading scorer as a freshman and soph, not huge stats but a pretty good player it looks like...As for theCarleton Place forward,he was 6th in the CCHL in scoring, most scoring leaders thru the number 12th slot are going D1, I think he may be a late bloomer...
