      They have the rule. The rule is the issue right now (although it really shouldn't be, etc etc it's about the real reason for the kneeling, I know; the general public isn't thinking that way right now, though).
      What is the point? Nobody is paying attention to the NBA because the season isn't in session and nobody is kneeling. And the vast majority of people probably haven't even thought about the NBA's rule because they don't know it exists.

            The NBA players don't care about protesting using the anthem because they can and have protested directly in press conferences and in warmups

            Football press conferences and interviews are as bad (read : boring) as hockey, with the rare exception.

                          I believe the home team gets to decide whether to wear their whites/colors, and then the opponent has to wear the opposite. Hence the warm weather teams wearing white at home early in the season when it's warmer out, because it doesn't overheat them as much.
                          Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.
