It's really 16U, but because the Plymouth program is U17 and U18, everyone thinks they have to be U something like the IIHF, while USA Hockey and Hockey Canada are both Something U (18U, 16U, 15U, 14U, 12U, etc). Guaranteed that U16 team has 16 year olds on it.

I realize that. The various leagues and teams seem inconsistant about the terminology and probably most write U16, but clearly 16U is the correct thing. I am not going to change things here, at least at this time. Maybe I should write Midget Minor.
