Pffft to you! mr les keeps watching me walk with this assessing eye. He told me when it happened it would take a long time to get better and I thought phooey to that. Phooey to me. My whole leg is a mess- my foot, quads, IT band all are very unhappy. ON the positive side my massage therapist appt is on Tuesday.
