Went to CT today. When I googled it I found out it would take 12 h to bike there !

HXCT- lil raced his last college XC race. Did well, huge PR. Happy for him. Came and gave me a big sweaty hug and said thankd for being there the last 4 yrs. My eyes leaked.

Time certainly passes fast. I remember when he gave up hockey to concentrate on running.

On my way to the *HT, can I get anyone anything? Even if this game ends in a tie, I’m headed to the *HT for a big, fat martini. Sucky week, my mood I’d way down. All I wanted tonight on my MOTHER****ING BIRTHDAY WEEKEND was to see a good game. Does not appear that’s going to happen. Thanks for letting me down BU.

No damage. There were some leaves/small branches down in my neighborhood, but nothing major that I know of.

Several friends around Tampa also came out fine. We dodged a bullet.

Hi from ATL, after three days of dentists and dental people I decided I earned Old Fashioned #2. Especially having to travel over the weekend.🥃

Good afternoon, Lodge.

Grand time at a local brewery's annual release. Even though they don't sell the beer until this morning, you have to line up/lurk the neighborhood at about 1pm the day before to get a parking spot in the industrial park (which I obviously did). All the BBQ you want if you knew the right people, bottle sharing of rare beers, just hanging out, and perfect weather (at least until early this morning).

And even with the storms this morning, it was fun. Just hanging out with fellow beer geeks, just chilling and bs'ing. Nothing like being woke up by the staff members cranking Iron Maiden through a bullhorn.
