        Corn on the cob.

        Here's something "neat": each strand of corn silk is how the corn gets fertilized; so for each kernel of corn there is a strand of corn silk that carried a grain of pollen to the ear.

                          @JackOfQuills: how did "the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" become the typical sentence that contains all letters of the alphabet and not "sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow" which is objectively a million times cooler
