    He's at it again.

    Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump

When will Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd and @NBCNews start talking about the Obama SURVEILLANCE SCANDAL and stop with the Fake Trump/Russia story?
    Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump

It is the same Fake News Media that said there is "no path to victory for Trump" that is now pushing the phony Russia story. A total scam!

It seems the only logical thing would be the Russians actually telling Trump they could help him in exchange for some quid pro quo. That is what I'm looking for.
Seems like you watch too much TV. We've had a few federal prosecutions happen to a former mayor here in SE MI- and while all of the laws were broken while he was in office, the much of the actual prosecution and whatnot happened after he was out.

We've not even gotten through a full House or Senate committee, and you are expecting some kind of prosecution? It makes more sense to me that they are careful in making sure they have the whole thing before doing anything. Even if nothing illegal was done, they will not come out with what happened until they are done. More important, you can't leak evidence as you poison a potential juror if there's that kind of prosecution.

And worst of the worst- if you start leaking info before you are done, the odds of the other side trying to block what is going on gets higher and higher. Given the level of people who are theoretically part of this investigation, it's more important to keep things quiet so that the investigation can continue.

    9 months isn't that long.

Editorial- even IF there's no collusions, it bugs the heck out of me that these guys would buddy up to Putin. Who is a very bad person- IMHO, his actions in Syria were intended to make a lot of refugees, all going to Europe. Which has overwhelmed the whole system. Going back what he's done in Crimea and Ukraine, and in Georgia- this guy is a pretty bad dictator. And people are not bothered by our fearless leaders buddying up to him and his cronies? How many billions of dollars did we spend against the Soviet Union? They are trying to reform the USSR, just calling it something else. And putin is a throwback to that era. Who in the world thinks it's a good idea to get so close to them????

Add to that the potential implications of locking up a presidential candidate right before an election. That would be an absolute powder keg.

You just can't do it. You have to let the processes and investigations play out in public. This idea that we should have locked him up right away is just absurd.

So he wants them to stop focusing on Russia and focus on the lie he told that was debunked by his own party? I mean ok...

At least the Russia thing they can play off as conspiracy theories or whatever (there is a lot of holes to fill in) but the Obama Wiretapping thing was a lie that they were forced to walk back not once, not twice but three times because they kept getting proven wrong. Not only is there no evidence but the ranking members of both parties involved in looking into this stuff said it never happened, pretty much every head of Intelligence said it never happened and even the FBI Director said it never happened. Even Nunes, who has put his career in jeopardy shielding Trump said there is zero proof.

But by all means...antagonize the media some more cause they certainly arent motivated enough

Anyone want to take bets on whether Wisko believes Trump was tapped? Will he deflect and play con man games about it like Sica did?

I'm sure this will go over well. He only won MI-3 by 22 points last year.

Ok, we all recognize that there are a lot of don fanatics who will follow him regardless.

But we also should see the r's that don't. And at some point, those that don't may do the Obama thing- which is to vote purely to spite him. So it's feasible that races like the one he's going to run against could backfire even more. don wants to be a dictator, but many don't like that. even some r's.

That'll be hard to beat Amash. W MI loves him.

And Trump isn't bringing anything back. All the job creation he's bragged about was negotiated with the UAW back in 15 or 16, and it's still a net loss accounting for all the jobs moving to the southern states and other shift layoffs.

I call it "Calvinist Michigan" for a reason. Many of them are as nutty as Southerners, but even more self-flagellating.

The bit about auto jobs made me laugh, because even if it wasn't fake news, few to none of those jobs are in Amash's district.

Aren't the people out in derp land who support the Freedumb Caucus, the same ones who make up the majority of Trump's supporters? Yeah, that's a bold strategy, Cotton.

And these are the kinds of people having babies. I understand being optimistic is a happier way to live your life but why anyone believes we are not completely and utterly f-cked is beyond me. In the 70s people were smart enough to scrape the "Nixon" bumper stickers off their cars. It got so that you couldn't find a person who claimed to have voted for him, despite him getting something like twice as many votes as McGovern. You think the morons in the story rufus linked are ever coming around? Ain't gonna happen.

Jesus christ if you feel that way just move then. You make Scooby look optimistic. If you honestly think this country cant be fixed then stop yelling at the wind, get in your car and drive North where you can feel safe and secure.
