Don't know about Baker and Murkowski, but Collins and McCain will talk a good moderate line in the media, but when push comes to shove, will vote right along with the party. Like McCain last weekend, bemoaning the fact that the nuclear option will "put an end to the Senate as we know it", and yet, he's still gonna vote for it. A man of principle, not liking how such a maneuver would destroy centuries of Senate procedure, would vote against it.
