This is what I have for the SUNYAC Teams so far, I kept Dylan Mascarin on Oswego's because there is confusion if he was supposed to come this past year or this coming year. I also took stats from Hockey DB, Elite Prospects and the actual team sites.

Anybody with more experience and knowledge care to give some context to us relative novices about these different leagues? Quality, competitiveness, etc. etc.?

This topic fascinates and confuses me as well. Fortunately, there are plenty of resources in this forum who know a thing or two, and much more, about it!!
I know I have seen many posts explaining the comparisons, but never do I commit the information to memory... or maybe I do but I'm too damn old to remember it! After all, it ain't the age... it's the mileage!
Here is a gem I found from 2014 authored by joecct, posted in an old Norwich thread <link to post>
But I second NU Pastime's request... a concise-yet-comprehensive summary of the various Junior Leagues would be greatly appreciated (assuming "concise-yet-comprehensive" is even possible!!)
Late Edit: Some light-reading links... Tried some Yahoo!'ing, and most results are possibly a bit 'dated', but interesting none-the-less:
Considering the results from last night (Trinity's roster is nearly entirely non-Jr.) where would the NE Preparatory School "system" rank among the Jr Hockey leagues?

Trinity roster doesn't show Jrs., transfers etc. Mostly all the same route as all the other teams. The NESCAC does historically have a large number of players with Prep background though.
