Are you going to be around friends today? If so, see if one of them will do this to your back: link. Basically, cup their hands and slap you (with moderate force) over the spaces between your shoulder blades and spine up and down your back followed by aggressive rubbing up and down with open hands. It's called chest PT and it can loosen any junk in there and help you cough it out. (You can youtube Chest Physiotherapy). There is a machine you can breathe into to do it on yourself, but I don't know how widely available it is or if you need a Rx.

It's a change as they usually notify us that they're popping by. Particularly as one of the guys who we met when we first moved in knows that I work nights and is pretty respectful of my schedule if routine stuff needs to be done in our building/unit.
THat is really creepy. Even with you describing it trying to make it sound OK>

Mornin' Lodge. Churchin' today. Going to have a nice relaxing Sunday after the shenanigans of the last two days.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

I have been sick with some upper respiratory thing for the past few days.

Not to pile on but my son & I agreed this loss will haunt UML fans & players for many years. I never expected MN to escape the regional but neither did I expect ND to emerge.
Fine season with a tough ending.

They seemed to finally wake up. I don't think we saw that team in any of the other games.

I did it for Habitat and the only ****tingpart would be if you are doing it solo or doing the ceiling. Ceilings are a ****ing nightmare.
