Lowell needs tech to beat Bowlin green, currently in 2nd ot, Wisconsin to beat PSU, currently tied late, and Duluth to beat Dakota, currently up 1 after 2. If we are lucky enough for that, we grab the 4th 1 seed. There is always hope

as 4 you'd get the best 4 seed. currently the 13 and 14 seed are hea pc and nd. so they would flip those and you'd get a big10 team (osu or wisc if they win).

Annnnd Minnesota-Duluth just took a 4-3 lead with less than a minute left.

If Union, BU, and UMass Lowell are all 2 seeds, does that mean Union would get shipped out to Cincy or Fargo because they'd want to put the two Massachusetts teams (and higher ranked 2 seeds) in Providence and Manchester?

Wisconsin wins = Ohio State is eliminated and UMass Lowell is a #1 seed

Penn State wins = Ohio State qualifies and Minnesota is a #1 seed

I just realized that Providence isn't the host. Do they still get this kind of preferential treatment as a #4 seed?
