    Yes, Hell's Kitchen, Port Authority, Times Square, Diamond District, MSG. I just walked all around.

    My mother grew up on the Lower East Side -- Knickerbocker Village to be exact.

      LES has become a haven for up and coming yuppie types who are hippster want-a-bees...Hells Kitchen I now believe is FULLY gentrified.
