          Aaron Judge just hit a ball into the upper half of the third deck at Citi Field. Possibly the longest HR ever hit at the park.

          He looked bored doing it.

            Jekyll and Hyde. Does that while setting the position player record with a 33 game strike out streak. If he does it two more games he'll have the all time record.

              And still leads the league in OPS.

              (per the ESPN crew tonight, anyways. Not bothered enough to look it up, just glad His Honor is on the GoodGuys.)

                John Lackey stole 2nd base on a straight steal.

                            I am honestly not being sarcastic. I love that thing. I acknowledge it is unforgivably ugly and every horrible adjective you can throw at it. It was even better seeing it in person.

                            p.s. no one should be surprised Derek Jeter has no appreciation of whimsy. He's probably going to pour bleach in the aquariums when no one's looking.

                            p.p.s. We had this conversation before the park opened, and unsurprisingly, Kepler, aparch and I were on the same sides we are now. My only change is I like it even MORE.
