      Yup. Corporations will now win every time at the SCOTUS unless Anthony Kennedy goes liberal on this issue like he has on social issues. I really do appreciate the lesson 3rd party/non-voting lefties taught us, which is if you think the Democrats are getting a little too cozy with big business, the solution to allow the Republicans to let corporations do pretty much whatever they want! Makes sense to me.

            tl; dr: Fixed terms for SCOTUS judges (e.g., 10 years) to lessen the stakes on Court appointments.

                      I doubt Trump knows even one song from anyone, unless it's some Sinatra-type who used to suck up to him.

                      I can't imagine Trump has either the soul or the cognitive ability to appreciate music.
