Certainly sounds like it; was wondering why I heard a Boston accent. Great to hear an ECAC legend's knowledge.

Ditto. I was going to switch away for awhile but you can pick up a lot from his comments. Loved his comment on playing the Soviets and the 88 Canadian Olympic team. (They were good, but the NHL didn't think they were good enough. Gotta keep 'em humble...)

Technically, college hockey teams are still given an exempt chance to play the US Olympic team, and it does not count against playing another USA team (such as U-18). Because it's all NHL now, though, you'll probably never see it, aside from MAYBE a team like North Dakota...
